Introduction and Background
At the beginning of 2017 , we were referred to Birmingham Supported Living 2010 Ltd (BSL). They have multiple sites base around Birmingham offering assisted living to vulnerable adults. Their energy portfolio was being managed by in house staff all with different suppliers and they were experiencing major billing issues.
Challenges

We have changed all analogue meters to smart meters, providing more accurate meter reads and together with proactive accountant management we resolved all estimated billing.
